We were there over the Christmas holiday season, and the lobby and common areas were beautifully and tastefully decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good continentl breakfast included. It is also close to the beach on Lake Okanagan. Getting to other parts of Penticton is quite easy from here.

  My bicycle tour operator suggested this location as a good place to stay and I enjoyed them at the start of the trip and when I returned a week later. Both times I found the staff to be friendly, efficient.and helpful.
  The location is very nice - right across from the river pathway and an easy walk along the lakefront to restaurants and coffee shops.

  What a lovely place especially if you are their with a group. Kids played in the pool while adults could watch and chit chat by the poolside and have a barbecue. Poolside rooms are great! you walk out your backdoor and the pool is right there.
  great staff, everything was good. Breakfast was basic - bagels and cereal.
  Convenient location- you can walk to starbucks or Tim Hortons and other amenities. Would definitely stay again.

  Front desk staff were extremely personable and helpful, reservations and checking simple and smooth - no surprises, very roomy rooms, and the kids loved the outdoor pool! Free parking and continental breakfast are always appreciated!
